# Services, breakfast and *house rules*

Everything you need to know before you arrive, with prices for the paid extras.

## Arrival and departure

-   Check-in from 14:00 to 23:30. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
-   Check-out by 11:00.
-   At check-in you will need photo ID and a credit card.
-   You can leave your luggage here on your departure day too.

## Breakfast

-   Italian breakfast every morning from 6:30.
-   Coffee, cappuccino, tea and baked goods, at a partner café a short walk away.

## Parking

-   Private on-site parking, behind an automatic gate, with CCTV.
-   €15 a night, booked in advance: spaces are limited.

## Pets

-   Allowed on request, for an extra €10 a night.
-   If your dog is used to being on its own, it can stay in the room while you are out.

## Children

-   Children of all ages are welcome.
-   Free cot on request, subject to availability.
-   Extra bed on request, €10 a night.
-   From the age of 3, children pay the same as adults.

## House rules

-   Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.
-   Parties and events are not allowed, including stag and hen parties.
-   There is no minimum age for check-in.

## Tourist tax

-   The City of Caserta charges €2 per person per night, for a maximum of 15 consecutive nights.
-   Exemptions include children up to 12, people caring for a family member in hospital and university students from outside the area, with a self-declaration.

## Airport shuttle

-   Shuttle to and from Naples airport, booked in advance and at extra cost: the price depends on the number of people.
