How far is the B&B from the Royal Palace of Caserta?
The B&B is a short walk from the entrance to the Royal Park and 1.4 km from the main entrance of the Reggia.
Is there parking?
Yes, a private on-site car park behind an automatic gate with a remote control, with CCTV. It costs €15 a night and must be booked, as spaces are limited.
How is parking charged if I arrive at midday?
If you arrive at 12 noon and leave by 12 noon the next day, you pay for one night: €15 in total.
Can I leave a motorbike or bicycle?
Yes. The on-site car park takes cars and motorbikes, and bicycles are safe inside.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30, check-out by 11:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. At check-in you will need photo ID and a credit card.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Italian breakfast from 6:30 at a partner café a short walk away: coffee, cappuccino, tea and baked goods.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, on request, for an extra €10 a night. If your dog is used to being on its own, it can stay in the room while you are out.
Are children welcome?
Yes, of all ages. A cot is free on request and an extra bed costs €10 a night. From the age of 3, children pay the same as adults.
Are there stairs?
The apartment is on the ground floor, up five steps. The other three rooms are on the first floor, about 30 steps up, and there is no lift.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can leave it here on your departure day too.
Do you arrange an airport shuttle?
Yes, if you book in advance. The price depends on the number of people: write to us for a quote.
Is the WiFi free?
Yes, throughout the property, up to 380 Mbps.
Can I smoke?
No, all the rooms are non-smoking.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes. From 1 September 2026 the City of Caserta charges €2 per person per night, for a maximum of 15 consecutive nights. Exemptions include children up to 12 and people caring for a family member in hospital.
Are the apartment and the Deluxe King Room in the same building?
Yes, all four units are in the same building.
