Royal Palace B&B is on Via Gennaro Tescione, a central street in Caserta a short walk from the entrance to the Royal Park, outside the restricted traffic zones. The bus stop is right opposite.

Great stay

Great Location close to the Kings garden. Very nice host Antonio. Beautiful high ceiling room with a splended terrace. Also very clean apartment. Thank You, we will definitely be back!

Great place

Enjoyed the property and its facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for access to Reggia Caserta. Right next door to it. Room is of the highest quality, very well appointed, large with terrace. The bed was great. Breakfast served at a cafe-bar nearby, easy to get to. Private parking is available.

Location, facilities, and an outstanding host who is helpful and gracious

For our second stay here host Antonio showed us to a different but every bit as charming room. Great space with outdoor patio and table for al fresco dining. We also love the location - easy walk to the Royal Palace Park side entry.

Royal Palace B&B has a beautiful blend of historical charm and modern interior. Room No 4 has the most charming terrace to enjoy the outdoors. Very comfortable bed, great water pressure. Highly recommended!

Before you travel

How far is the B&B from the Royal Palace of Caserta?

The B&B is a short walk from the entrance to the Royal Park and 1.4 km from the main entrance of the Reggia.

Is there parking?

Yes, a private on-site car park behind an automatic gate with a remote control, with CCTV. It costs €15 a night and must be booked, as spaces are limited.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30, check-out by 11:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. At check-in you will need photo ID and a credit card.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Italian breakfast from 6:30 at a partner café a short walk away: coffee, cappuccino, tea and baked goods.

Are there stairs?

The apartment is on the ground floor, up five steps. The other three rooms are on the first floor, about 30 steps up, and there is no lift.
