From Naples airport
Capodichino airport is 25 km away. The ATC bus on the ‘Capua – S. Maria C.V. – Caserta – Napoli Aeroporto’ line reaches Caserta station, opposite the palace, in 25–40 minutes depending on the service. By taxi or pre-booked transfer it takes about half an hour.
By car
On the A1 motorway, leave at Caserta Nord; on the A30, at Caserta Sud. Then follow the signs for the town centre and the Reggia. The palace has no parking reserved for visitors: there is an underground car park beneath Piazza Carlo di Borbone, closed on some concert evenings. For motorhomes, the official website suggests the Bosco di San Silvestro.
From Royal Palace B&B
Our guests leave the car in our private car park, €15 a night, and walk to the palace: the park’s Corso Giannone entrance is a few minutes away, the main entrance 1.4 km. If you arrive by train, the B&B is 1.6 km from the station and there is a bus stop right outside. We can also arrange a shuttle from the airport if you book it in advance: see getting to the B&B.
